User account data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security) hosted on secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing via Supabase Auth)
• Row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data
• Regular security reviews and updates

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your downloaded media files are stored entirely on your local device and are never uploaded to our servers.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting provider
• NowPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing (payment status and reference only)
• Legal authorities — if required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety

Any third-party service providers we use are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purpose of providing services to us.

6. Cookies & Tracking

The UMD Pro desktop application does not use browser cookies. Our website (umdpro.site) may use minimal, privacy-respecting cookies for:

• Remembering your theme preference (dark/light mode)
• Essential session management if you access an account portal

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

7. Third-Party Services

UMD Pro interacts with third-party platforms solely to fulfil download requests initiated by you. We have no affiliation with these platforms and do not share your personal data with them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

Links to third-party websites on our website are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
